Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Sensory Play Shop website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Sensory Play Shop you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or colour). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights.
All our toys from Sensory Play Shop have the CE mark and are mainly suitable for 3 years upwards. However it is your responsibility for deciding whether it is suitable for your child.
Prices are in pounds sterling.
We accept debit and credit card transactions.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Sensory Play Shop. Sensory Play Shop must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Orders will be despatched within 2 working days (Mon-Fri). Next Day Delivery is also available at check out at an extra cost.
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail or DPD and can take 1-3 days to receive after shipping.
*This excludes direct deliveries which can take 14 working days to despatch which will be noted on the certain listings.
Should your order not arrive, please contact Sensory Play Shop, a full refund or a replacement will be offered once 15 days (for UK orders) has elapsed.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item we do accept returns for a full refund.
Under The Consumer Contract Regulations, your right to cancel begins from the moment you place your order, up to 14 working days after receiving your order. Your right to cancel is unconditional.
You can return an item for any reason such as faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, you’ve changed your mind and more.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us in writing (email is fine) including your order number. We will then process your return.
We would be grateful if you would return your items via recorded or tracked post, this is for your peace of mind, and ours. This is not a requirement of law, this is a courtesy request.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from the returns policy.
If you receive an item which is faulty or arrives damaged, please email email@example.com with photo evidence or return the item/s to the address below. If you're unable to provide photo evidence of the fault or damage, no refund will be issued. We have the right to request the item to be returned for further inspection to determine if this is a user or product fault.
Return postage will be paid by the customer if the order is no longer wanted. If the reason for the return is our responsibility return postage will be paid by Sensory Play Shop.
Returning Custom Items:
Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being is if they’re faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Sensory Play Shop In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.
